Conference Introduction
International Scientific Conference PARS 2025, held under the theme: “Safety and Efficacy of Regenerative Medicine Applications in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.” This year’s event brings together leading international and Vietnamese experts in the field of regenerative medicine applied to aesthetic and plastic surgery.

This year's PARS 2025 program has a reference report from four distinguished international speakers:
Prof. J. Peter Rubin will explore the parallel evolution of clinical practice and regenerative research in plastic surgery, with focus on fat tissue biology, adipose-derived stem cells, scaffold integration, radiation-damaged tissue reconstruction, immune modulation, and cryopreservation.
Prof. Kotaro Yoshimura will present the role of adipose stem cells in tissue rejuvenation, their response to radiation, and their applications in breast and facial reconstruction, highlighting new regenerative strategies for improved quality of life.
Assoc. Prof. Fabio Santanelli di Pompeo will address two key topics:
Risk factors in the development of BIA-ALCL through case-control studies
Direct-to-pectoral breast reconstruction using Braxon ADM and smooth round implants.
Dr. Michael Wagels will discuss preclinical research on large-animal scaffolds for soft tissue and long bone defect reconstruction. He proposes a novel method using a porous biodegradable scaffold, filled with autologous fat, for correcting pectus excavatum, and introduces a sutureless 3D-printed resorbable conduit for peripheral nerve repair.
